Africa HDPE focuses on HDPE Pipes and associated fittings, which is manufactured by Sinvac Piping (Pty) Ltd, a company in the Sinvac Group of Companies operating from “Sinvac House” in Pretoria-West.

The use of HDPE pipes have continuously grown in volume, diameter and wall thickness all over the world. With each growth step, new applications and markets have opened up. The successful and sustainable application of HDPE pipes is dependent on a number of key factors as a part of the piping system.

The purpose of this “HDPE catalogue” is to bring together all these elements guiding the work of Africa HDPE to deliver piping system. This catalogue is a combination of the practical elements from different sources accumulated over a number of years and used by SINVAC. Future revisions will continue to reflect improvements in both practical and technical content.

Quality POLICy

Africa HDPE operates in the manufacturing-, fabrication- and projects environments and our quality system is designed to consistently deliver on time according to our customer requirements.

ON-TIME:

Order book – To ensure that customer requirements are met regarding timing, an order book system is in place through which required delivery date is tracked on a daily basis.

Constant communication – Updates of progress to be sent through regularly to customers.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS:

Scope of work (SOW) – Is confirmed before commencement of work so as to ensure that both parties are in agreement about the requirements.
Quality Control Plans (QCP’s) – Prepared and approved according to customers’ requirements.
Method Statements (MS) – Signed off procedures are followed for key areas of execution.
Release – Final product is only released to the customer after quality check is done.

NON-CONFORMANCES:

Customer complaints and internal non-conformances are logged, investigated within 24 hours and corrected with the
following basic steps:

Understand the complaint / deviation / non-conformance and its impact on the delivery of a quality product.
Determine the root cause of the non-conformance.
Implementing immediate corrective action.
Put in place permanent preventative measures.
